SlotFill provides a waitlist-based cancellation recovery platform designed to help service providers fill cancelled appointments. The Service includes SMS-based notifications, waitlist management, and appointment slot broadcasting features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited messages or spam
Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA and HIPAA
Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. SMS Communications

By using SlotFill to send SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you have obtained proper consent from recipients to receive such messages in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all messaging regulations.

6. Subscription and Billing

SlotFill offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided at our discretion
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you input into the Service is collected and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8. HIPAA Compliance

For healthcare providers subject to HIPAA, SlotFill offers HIPAA-compliant configurations and will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service requires HIPAA compliance measures.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SlotFill and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotFill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
